Final Year Project Advice: what impact on my CV [closed]

I am being offered - as a final year project - to do a Company Website. This is basically an out-house project and I am not completely sure whether I should take it.

The requirements are :

Company Information
User Registration
Order placements.

The technologies that I should use are PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS and maybe Java Servlets. This appears to me a very basic project and I need an opinion as to what effect it might have on my CV. Is it worth to do it? Or should I go into some research project or something that has not been done before?
